‘I was born and raised in Istanbul to creative parents a mother who designs jewelry and a father who produces events and from them I learned the value of craftsmanship, imagination, and the act of making. After graduating from a French high school, I studied Media & Communications with a focus on photography, film, and journalism. An internship at Elle Türkiye in the fashion department introduced me to the fashion world, and an artist residency in New York City helped define my creative direction. After graduating, I worked as an art director and stylist for various brands, as well as a freelance contributing editor for publications such as GQ and L’Officiel. A highlight of my career has been beginning my role as Fashion Editor at Harper’s Bazaar Türkiye. Magazines have always been my greatest love, and having a platform where I can create, collaborate, and share my vision means everything to me.’
